How to get your Secured Loan fast

Rules and Regualtions

Rules and regualtions regarding Secured Loans mean that sometimes when you borrow more than £25,000 you can get money quicker. The reason behind this is that the signable paperwork (credit agreement) can be sent to you immediately that you decide you want to see the paperwork from the loan advisor.

If you borrow less than £25,000 then the advisor can only send you the copies of the paperwork (credit agreement) and then send the originals to you 8 days later.

This regualtion has to be strictly adhered to. However, it was worth mentioning that if you have no need to borrow extra finance then do not over commit yourself to borrowing extra money that you don't need.

Be honest and truthful

The best thing you can do when speaking to a loan advisor is be honest and tell them exactly everything as it is. This will help you get your money quicker. Don't exagerate your salary or property valuation as the advisor will need to see your payslips and they may need to value your property. Being honest from the start will help you get the loan quicker!

Ask questions

Simply ask your loan advisor what you can possibly do to speed up the application process. You may be able to fax them some documents so they can process your Secured Loan quicker. They will do all they can to process the loan quickly and efficently for you.
