Link Loans back to Secured Loan market

The Homeowner Secured Loans market has seen a new lender enter the market in Link Loans - backed by the Royal Bank of Scotland. Only ten days after re-entering the market, aided by equity funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Link Loans has announced the company's first loan completion. Link Loans are available up to 75 per cent loan-to-value (LTV) for employed borrowers and 70 per cent LTV for the self employed. Rates start from 11.9 per cent and the amounts available to borrow range from £5,000 to £30,000, with loan terms from 3 to 20 years.
